  2. 80 Christian Foundation places for eligible Anglican worshippers, eligible worshippers in listed Christian denominations, girls attending St Paul's CE Primary School, Brentford, and qualifying faith siblings
  3. 35 Other World Faith places for eligible regular worshippers in Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism or Sikhism, including the qualifying faith-sibling form exception
  4. 40 Community places, increased by unused places transferred through the two faith pools
  5. Within each pool: looked-after and previously looked-after girls
  6. Within each pool: exceptional medical or social need requiring this school
  7. Within each pool: girls with an eligible sibling at The Green School for Girls or The Green School for Boys, including either sixth form
  8. Within each pool: eligible children of school staff
  9. Within each pool: other girls ordered by Hounslow's official walking distance

Sibling priority

The sibling may attend The Green School for Girls or The Green School for Boys, including either sixth form, and must still be on roll when the applicant starts. Full, step, half, adopted and foster siblings living at the same address are included. A sibling originally admitted under a faith criterion may remove the need for a new Religious Reference Form, but the school must confirm the relevant faith category.

Children of staff

The policy prioritises girls of school staff where the staff member has worked at the school for at least two years when the application is made, or was recruited to a post with a demonstrable skills shortage.

How distance is measured

Hounslow measures the walking route from the LLPG or NLPG seed point for the home address to the nearest pupil entrance, using its official GIS network. SchoolRange can show an indicative postcode distance but does not reproduce the council's walking-route measurement.

Other published rules

  • Applicants who claim a Christian Foundation or Other World Faith place but do not meet the criterion are automatically considered under Community.
  • The published 80, 35 and 40 category figures may change where looked-after or previously looked-after admissions affect the category totals.
  • If fewer than 80 eligible Christian Foundation applicants are admitted, unused places are added to the Other World Faith pool; unused Other World Faith places are then added to Community.
  • A qualifying sibling admitted under any faith criterion removes the Religious Reference Form requirement but does not determine which faith pool the applicant claims. The school must confirm the applicant's exact category and evidence.
  • The 2027 Religious Reference Form says September 2026 in its sibling exception, while the determined policy says September 2027. SchoolRange uses the determined policy's September 2027 date and exposes the form discrepancy.
  • Equal official walking distances are randomly ordered by Hounslow's admissions database.
  • If twins or other multiple-birth children tie for the final place, all are offered even if PAN is exceeded; this is applied across both Green School Trust schools.
