Using SchoolRange

SchoolRange provides general school-admissions research and planning information. You are responsible for checking current requirements, dates and arrangements with the relevant school or authority before acting. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

Decision Packs

A Decision Pack is a personalised digital document for the school and entry cycle shown at purchase. The order summary identifies the included English PDF, any companion-language gift you select, the evidence review date and the exact page count available for that order.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. Stripe processes the payment.

Orders and delivery

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we make the purchased digital content available. We provide access on the confirmation page and send a private download link to the email address supplied at checkout. Contact support if delivery does not arrive or the link does not work.

Digital content and cancellation

If you ask us to provide digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Faulty digital content and refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a Decision Pack is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact support with your order reference. We will investigate and, where required, repair or replace the content, restore access, reduce the price or provide a refund.

Personal use

A purchase gives you and your household a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the supplied files for your own school-planning decisions. You may print and share them privately within your household or with advisers helping your family. You must not resell, publish, distribute or commercially exploit them.

Independent analysis

SchoolRange independently compiles each pack from cited sources. It is not endorsed by the named school, does not represent the school or an admissions authority, and does not predict an offer. Past outcomes and published arrangements cannot guarantee a future result.

Evidence and changes

Each pack states when its evidence was reviewed. Admissions arrangements, fees, dates and other source information can change after that date. A later website or pack update does not automatically update a file you already downloaded.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, SchoolRange is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by a breach of these terms, but not for loss caused by reliance on information that you could reasonably have checked with the relevant school or authority, or for business loss arising from consumer use.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms provided when you place an order continue to apply to that order.
